When you write in, please include:
- Your order number (from your confirmation email), if you have one
- The email address you used to order
- A short description of what you need — a revision, a question, or a change of detail
Common questions
Where is my song? Custom songs are delivered within 3–7 days by private link. If it’s been longer, email us and we’ll check right away.
I want to change a detail. No problem — reply to your confirmation email or write to us with your order number and we’ll pass it to your songwriter.
I’m not happy with my song. We’ll revise it free until you love it, or refund you within 30 days. See our Refund & Guarantee Policy.
